Some 65% of our operating costs come from donations. Churches are traditionally sustained by member giving and we actively encourage our members to make a financial commitment as part of their expression of faith.
For me, giving to Emmanuel is quite different to paying a club subscription or to making a charitable donation. I give to Emmanuel with the Refinery out of thankfulness for what I have received from God. I give out of joy in a wonderful church home for my family with music that makes my spirit soar. I give out of hope that at Emmanuel with the Refinery we can continue to grow, to be a place where all are welcome, and to make a difference in the lives of each individual, in the community and in the world.

The Refinery is operated by Emmanuel on a fully not-for-profit basis. All income generated by the Refinery is used to enhance and subsidize programming for the benefit of the community or for community outreach projects. Unlike many other arts organizations, we receive no government funding.
If you would like to support our programming, please feel free to donate through this site. Donation receipts will be issued by mail.
